Ticket valid all day long
March - June: daily 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
July/August: daily 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
September/October: daily 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
November - February: daily 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
CHRISTMAS EVE (24th Dec.) CLOSED, 31st December till 2p.m.
Ticket desk closes one hour before the attraction is closing.
The attraction is handicapped accessible, an elevator as well as an handicapped accessible toilet is available.
We also have a diaper changing room for babies and toddlers.
Entrance fee:
Children under 3 go free
Children (3 - 14 years): 9,95 EUR
Concession (seniors, students, disabled): 12,50 EUR
Adults: 13,50 EUR
We would like to point out that children under 15 years are only allowed to visit the attraction accompanied by an aduld.

Learn more about the underwater world by listening to our regular talks at the Touch Pool, the Port, the ray tank and the Ocean tank.
10:00 Touchpool
Daily you can observe our little ones getting their alimentation and you can even touch and stroke them.
11:00 Monday: Feeding of the basses
They eat mainly crabs, lobster and sea urchins.
11:00 Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: Feeding of the rays
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 11:00 am you can have a look at our biological team feeding the rays in our ray tank.
12:00 Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday: Feeding of the sharks in the ocean tank
Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday the best place to watch the shark feeding is our panorama view from the big ocean tank.
12:00 Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday: Feeding of our ocean turtle “Speedy”
Turtles eat mainly vegetarian: Their favourites are broccoli, salad and whiting.
14:00 Daily: Feeding of our otters: "Bonnie und Clyde"
Asian short clawed otters are really companiable and live in groups up to 12. They play together and communicate via different sounds.
16:00 Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday: Feeding of plumose anemones
Plumose anemones are up to 30 cm high. They grow on rocks, wood and other hard underground in deeps down to 166 m.
16:00 Monday, Wednesday and Friday: Feeding of the sea-wolfs
They eat mainly crabs, lobster and sea urchins.
